2. Description of Services

Spectra Nexus Systems provides AI-powered automation solutions for service businesses, including AI receptionists, booking systems, reputation management, and workflow automation tools.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Services are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.
• Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis for new clients unsatisfied within 30 days of service start.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Violate applicable Canadian laws, including PIPEDA
• Collect personal data without proper consent
• Attempt unauthorized access to Spectra Nexus systems

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Spectra Nexus Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
